Through our Tenant Buyer arrangements, we help individuals and families work towards purchasing their homes at pre-agreed prices and within agreed timeframes, within realistic budgets and with no hidden costs.

Through Clearwater Block Management Limited, we bring our property experience to residential block management, focusing on building safety, proactive maintenance, transparent service charges and strong relationships with residents and RTM directors.
Our Right to Manage Success Story
Two and a Half Years. Three Blocks. 144 Apartments.
Our journey into residential block management began with a determination to improve the management of Canterbury Gardens, Salford.
Carole Neales, alongside Tricia, personally initiated and drove the Right to Manage (RTM) process, initially intending to pursue RTM for Squires Court.
However, recognising that residents across the entire development could benefit, the campaign was extended to include all three residential blocks.
Over approximately two and a half years, Carole and Tricia committed hundreds of hours, personal financial resources and considerable determination to researching the process, communicating with leaseholders, organising information and overcoming the challenges involved.
They were supported along the way by volunteers who helped with leaflets and information gathering, trusted professional contacts and, later in the process, a specialist RTM consultant.
Although neither had previously undertaken an RTM process, their perseverance and commitment helped bring the project to a successful conclusion.
The result was a successful Right to Manage process across all three blocks, comprising 144 apartments.
As property owners within the development ourselves, we were personally invested in achieving a better future for the entire community.
Following this achievement, Clearwater Block Management Limited was appointed to manage Squires Court, comprising 48 apartments.
This journey reflects the values at the heart of Clearwater: determination, resilience, personal responsibility and a willingness to take on challenges to achieve meaningful results.

Carole has spent over 20 years working across the property industry, building practical expertise through acquisitions, investment, refurbishment, development, commercial conversions and property management.
Her experience spans residential homes, apartment buildings and commercial premises, alongside partnerships with charities, housing associations and specialist support providers.
Carole is known for her hands-on, solutions-focused approach, strong professional relationships and determination to see challenging projects through to completion.
Her work alongside Tricia in initiating and driving the Canterbury Gardens Right to Manage process demonstrates that commitment in practice.
