Today, these 3 x modern apartments meet the demand for quality homes in Oldham. Because of our standard, value has increased overall in the area.
We purchases this property for £125,000. renovation cost approximately £117,000. Upon completion of works, the property value increased by £108,000. Our client also receives close to £40,000 each year in rental income thanks to this investment.
